Easthaven Villa has 56 total Assisted Living apartments all with their own doorway to the interior hallway as well as outside and come complete with kitchenettes as well as full bathrooms including walk-in shower. 52 apartments are spacious studios while 4 are beautiful one-bedroom apartments.

Our 34-apartment Memory Care neighborhood was completed and opened in 2018 and allows us the ability to care for 37 residents with 31 private and 3 semi-private apartments available! The apartment entries to our Memory Care apartments are truly unique and have been very beneficial for our residents with unique paint colors, as well as resident-specific signage at each apartment. Our Memory Care neighborhood also features wide hallways including uniquely designed large Life Skill Station areas for self-directed resident use on those tasks or skills that provide purpose, pleasure, or peace. The Memory Care building surrounds a beautiful interior courtyard with walking paths, covered sitting areas including a beautiful gazebo, and a peaceful fountain. An exterior but also secured area outside of the community is also available with raised flower bed and patio seating outside the activity room.

Our Dietary team at both buildings pride themselves on producing exceptional meals daily but including specialties such as Italian meatloaf and homemade snickerdoodle cookies! They work hard to ensure our residents look forward to every meal!

We chose Easthaven Villa because it was close to home, and they did a good job with my mom. The staff was nice, and they were really good. Her room had a little kitchenette, a nice large bathroom, and a standard size closet. She had access both from inside of the building and there was exterior access to her room as well. I know they have activities, but my mother wasn't there long enough to get involved with the activities.

We found Easthaven Villa for my sister. They appear to be very friendly, they answered all our questions, and they were pretty honest with us; I liked that. They're welcoming, and they have a lot to offer in terms of care, like independent, assisted, and memory care. We went there last week and picked a room. It's a small studio, but it will work. It has a sink, cabinets, and a dorm-sized refrigerator. It has its own bathroom and closets. They had a menu available for that day, and they had one in the hallway for the week; the meals looked good. They also had an activity calendar with a wide variety of things to do like bingo, cards, and TV nights. They have another room with several games, a pool table and an air hockey table; they play cards there.

My mom has lived at Easthaven for over 2 months. She receives friendly, professional care from staff. It was a difficult decision, but it has turned out to be a good one for her health needs. Any issues are addressed and resolved quickly. Easthaven is clean and pleasant. I recommend it highly.

I visited Easthaven Villa, and they showed us a typical room. That was very nice, and I was very happy with it. The dining area was OK, but I think it would be nicer to have a dining area in a large room with windows. They have activities there. We would probably pick this facility because of its location. It’s close to where I and my sisters live. I think the facility is homey, but it didn’t look like there were a lot of people when I was there. The staff was excellent, and I really like that.

We were hoping my mom could get into the Easthaven Villa. She was on their waiting list, but unfortunately because of certain Medicaid issues, they can no longer take her in. As far as the facility is concerned, my daughter and I had a good feeling the moment we stepped in. It was bright and cheery, and the staff was fantastic. It's all just about politics. This can be a most stressful situation and it would be most helpful if the websites could give the exact number of beds that they have for Medicaid patients and some other most relevant information.

We chose this facility because they accept Medicaid patients and residents. They also have good word of mouth recommendations. The facility is clean and not too big plus it's not just an assisted living but they have a Dementia unit too. The food is great as well. The staffs are friendly; they are really concerned of her as a person. In addition, they seem to know what they are doing and you can really see that they love their job. The care they're providing my mom is just great and they are doing a great job
