Greenfield Reflections of Strasburg's rooms and amenities were very nice, and the people were very helpful and understanding. The monthly cost was competitive.

Greenfield Reflections of Strasburg had a very nice setting and extremely helpful people. I wanted to go in the kitchen to see if they follow Board of Health Rule, and they did. They also had absolutely no problem with me going in any place in the building. The dining area was small, but it was all they needed. Everybody was doing something. It was amazing. I am very impressed with them. The staff could not have been nicer. Greenfield Reflections of Strasburg was the one that impressed me the most.

We visited residential facilities, we visited facilities that had all levels of care, and we found that we felt at home at Reflections of Strasburg. The Executive Director, was so warm and welcoming. Her staff is very caring and compassionate. The biggest bonus for us was allowing my father to enter the facility with his beloved dog. My father’s aid, loves the dog and will bring him treats and gives him a bath when my father has his bath. Everyone at Reflections of Strasburg loves dad and his dog and go out of their way to express this. The activities are engaging and the Activities Director, makes sure to invite dad to go on the bus rides and participate in the daily activities. Dad truly seems content and at home here. The staff is so warm and loving and they truly seem to love the residents. I’ve seen staff there on weekends bringing their children in to visit the residents. This warms my heart.

My aunt will be in memory care when we move her into Greenfield Reflections. It’s a small studio with a bathroom. The staff seem to be well-experienced, very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. Some of the residents were playing games, some were reading, some were playing with their pets, others were talking to each other, a few were watching TV, some were listening to music, and some were having coffee. Their dining area is large, friendly, bright, and well-lit.

Their staff is wonderful, very caring ,and loving, and they all work hard. My husband receives physical therapy. They have a lot of music therapy for them, and they have a dog that they bring in for pet therapy. Everyone there is very sweet. I really like everyone that works there, and I don't have a problem with anybody. I definitely recommend it to anybody. Part of their advertisement says we take care of those who took care of us, and that is true. They take good care of old people. The only thing about Greenfield Reflections is that it's so expensive that I'm going in the hole $1000 every month. So, the money that I have to live off of the rest of my life is just dwindling away. Cost means $1500 just to put him in there.
