There are many conflicting things with this facility. The staff seem very kind and say all the right words, but they all seem to say the same words, as if they're rehearsed. I have a friend who used to be at this facility who I could never seem to contact. She had recently sustained a fall and I've been worried about her. I've tried calling her and arranging a visit, but nothing seemed to work. So one day I just stopped by. obviously I surprised the staff, but not in a good way. When I got in to see my friend, she was not taken care of nearly as well I'd hoped. Her bed linens were dirty and she had soiled herself because nobody was there to assist her. She's a proud woman and she was extremely upset. Obviously I apprised the family of the situation and they moved her at once. This facility, unfortunately, has disappointed me.
