the facility and staff seemed to be good. the staff seemed to genually care about the residence. my grandfather never had any complaints about the facility other than issues with being able to navigate his electric chair. he also said he wished he could have better food but then again he was on a heart healthy diet. the staff did a good job at makeing sure that any health related issues that arrouse with my grandfather were promptly attended to by a doctor. i liked how they decorated for the holidays it seemed to give my grandfather a feeling of being at home. they also had a good schedual of activities for him to participate in through out the day. all in all the facility did a good job at providing my grandfather with a comfortable life that we would not have ben able to provide him in home
