My mother is in the Royal Estates of El Paso. The experience has been wonderful so far. They're very attentive and very caring. It's a very beautiful building. As you walk in, you can feel the warmth and the happiness of the building. The food is good. I already had dinner there with her, and she has been very happy with the food. She's been there for three days, so they're getting to know her and they're helping her. The building itself is very clean, and they're following her schedule. They have activities for them. They have a shuttle to take them to their doctors' appointments. They have days where they will take them to get groceries. They have certain days of the month when there are some outings, they'll go to the movies, or they'll just go out for dinner.
They are very attentive to my mother. Her main language is Spanish and she speaks English as well. She prefers Spanish and the whole staff is bilingual, so that's a big plus. If she doesn't like what they're having for the day, they have an optional menu and she could select something from that menu. They have plenty of options for them. Everything is working. It's updated. We haven't participated in the activities, but looking at the calendar that they've already given to her for the upcoming activities, they have been busy and it varies.

I liked everything about the Royal Estates of El Paso. It was a very nice tour. The staff was very informative, very helpful, very courteous, and very amicable. The apartments were pretty good. They offered food, but we didn't have the time. They showed us a chapel, a TV room, a guest room, a laundry room, and an exercise room. They had an outdoor patio. The apartments were clean and spacious.

I had a brief tour of the Royal Estates of El Paso. The place had a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and the staff was nice. The staff member who gave the tour showed me one room, which was very nice, very clean, and very organized. We also saw the dining area through the window, it was also nice and quiet. I think it's a nice place for someone that needs to be taken care of.

The staff at Royal Estates of El Paso showed me the different rooms that they had. They also gave me a list of services that they would provide to my dad, as well as the price list. They had a nice studio and it was a good size for my dad. The carpets were a little dirty, but overall they looked clean and well-kept. The lady I met was great and answered all the questions.

I've moved into Royal Estates of El Paso. It is a very nice place. Everyone is very nice here and they make things very convenient for you. I would recommend them. The staff is very helpful. The food is very good; I look forward to it. The place is very clean. Twice a day, they come and pick up all the trash. They have activities. So far, I haven't joined any, but they have a gym, they play bingo, they play poker, and they have other activities. The other ones are higher priced, and so in comparison, I would say value for money is good. They have a courtyard right outside my window.

Royal Estates of El Paso was a very nice and well-kept place. The people who worked there were very helpful. The residents that I saw seemed very happy and so it's someplace that we're considering. They had a movie room, music, arts and crafts, a hairdresser, and just about everything. They had a lot of different things to offer.

I did a tour of Royal Estates of El Paso. It was a very nice and friendly facility. The staff was very helpful. What I like the most is just how caring and open they were with the residents; we got great information and they went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered.
It was recently remodeled. They did a great job, and it was very clean. The room that we looked at was a good size for our needs. The amenities were very nice. They had a lot of activities for them. It seemed like the residents who were there roaming and just seeing their interaction, were all very happy. No one was quite depressed. Everyone looked very nice, very sociable.

We've chosen to move my brother to Royal Estates of El Paso. I think it's an excellent place. The staff are extremely competent. The facility is very, very nice and the accommodations are very roomy. It was a perfect location for my brother. They have a very nice patio area, and they have several sitting areas where families can visit. They've got a room set up for television, a room set up for games, and other activities. The communication with the facility has been excellent.

My brother moved into the assisted living of the Royal Estates of El Paso. I think it has the best layout out of any of the senior places we visited. It is very much a community. One of things we liked is that the assisted living and the independent living are all in one building, and they interact and eat together. We thought that was really important. The staff are just excellent. We could not have asked for any better in helping us to get him over there. They are fabulous.
I have the menu. It is very, very delicious. They have two choices for each meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is very versatile, and it looks very high quality. The place is kind of compact which I like, and they have a big lobby. When you walk in, it feels like a hotel. I really had a good feeling. It looks like they have a lot of activities and have learned they have something every day. They have bingo every night, too. You can get as involved as much as you want, and you can start an activity like a music group or something like that if you so desired. They have movies, and if there are some things going on the city, they take the residents there that want to go. I think the value for the money is right on the dot. It is really a good value.

We toured Royal Estates of El Paso. It's a controlled tour, but I got to meet the chef, and he invited me for lunch. The tables were very nicely set, they had white tablecloths on the tables, and it shocked me, but I guess it was necessary that it had wall heaters and coolers. They showed me three units that were empty of furniture; they were small, but larger than the other place I visited. It's an older place, and you don't notice the age of the facility.

Royal Estates of El Paso was big and had independent living and assisted living. They had a lot of activities, and the rooms were really nice and were more like studio apartments. Everything was very nice. They had a nice dining room and a separate room to do paintings and activities. Everybody was very welcoming. It's a two-story place, so they had an elevator. However, this may not have worked for my aunt because she would've needed more care. They had a lot of really nice things, but it was so big, I don't know how they keep track of people.

Royal Estates of El Paso was a really nice place, and I liked it. The person who toured us around, Aurora, was wonderful and really helpful. The place was very clean. The rooms were spacious. Overall, I liked the place. They were having arts and crafts when we were there. I'm looking forward to being able to place my parents there.

I recently helped someone contact you and acquire residence at your fine facility. We couldn't be more pleased! Everything is perfect! The staff really cares about their residents and the surroundings are spotless and beautifully decorated. There are always many activities available and whenever I visit my friend, there is always something fascinating going on. The food is excellent and your dining rooms are on a par with the finest restaurants. Also, the housekeeping service really takes the load off and lets her relax and enjoy herself. She couldn't be happier. Nor could I. Anita, the manager, is always there whenever we have questions and we really appreciate all her help and kindness. Please extend our thanks to her and to all concerned.

Superb facilities for my mothers care. Their Mother's Day celebration was above and beyond anything I ever expected. The staff interacts with their residents in a genuine caring manor. My mother is very happy here and has found friends with both the residents and staff. I highly recommend Royal Eatates.

Royal Estates of El Paso was a nice new facility. I liked the atmosphere of it. The staff was very nice. They answered my questions, and I was really satisfied when I left. If I had to put my mom into somebody else’s care, I would feel comfortable of her being there.

Royal Estates of El Paso is a busy facility. They were a lot of people around. Somebody talked to me and showed me around the facility, and I saw that it was really busy; I don’t like that. I saw the rooms, and they were nice, but I didn’t get the feel that it was professionally done. The food smelled good. The kitchen area and the dining room area were nice. At the time I was there, it was lunch time so I didn’t see any activities, but they gave me a list of their activities. It looked like they have things that interest most people. The residents that I talked to were happy, and they liked it there.

I did visit several locations, and my mom has now moved and in place. She is at Royal Estate in El Paso. When I looked, I visited three different places that offered independent living. My mother still qualifies for independent living, and there are a limited number of those facilities in El Paso. This one is the best fit in that there were a lot of mobile residents. I did talk to a lot of the residents that claim to be very happy there. They have a lot of long term residents there. They have the independent living and the assisted living. It is staffed well, and it is run well. They do have residents that appear to be happy there. It is very good. I know they have bible studies, and they take them on shopping excursions. They have crafts, card games, and different things like that. It is restaurant style dining, and the food is good. They serve three meals a day, and they have their own snacks.

Royal Estates of El Paso was very nice. I thought the staff was very friendly. They were willing to open up any apartment for me to look at. It is in a nice part of town. The dining area was very nice, and they had a nice menu. They had a lot of activities planned every day. They had a very nice security system.

So far, Royal Estates of El Paso has been very good to my in-laws, and they have been there since September. The one is perfectly happy, and the other one is going through an anger stage of having to change lifestyle. It has nothing to do with the place; they are just not happy about the idea they had to leave their home. They play Bingo and cards. They had a separate little dining room when you want to eat just with your family, but the food is a little bland. The rooms are very clean and nice. The workers are very courteous. The grounds are very well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Royal Estate was both an assisted and a retirement facility. I visited them once, and they were very courteous. They provided a dinner meal, which I wasn't expected to partake in and they sent me home with a box of cookies. However, the street that they were located on was extremely busy. The facility was quite away from the street.

We went and saw Royal Estates, and my mother is in there now. Everybody seems to really care for the people who are there, and I think that's the biggest thing. They do some exercises. They have a social hour where everybody can come together and share ideas. They make sure everybody finds something that they like to do and make sure that they have that activity available. I just had lunch there again today. It's very healthy; it's very good. There's always variety. She doesn't even complain about it too much, and she doesn't think anyone can cook as well as her. My mother is diabetic, and she is always trying to sneak the regular desserts, but they know her. They make sure she gets the diabetic dessert.
They have a lady who comes and cleans once a week, but if they fall or have something happen in between, they're not always able to get to stuff like that, but to me, it's minor. There have been a couple of incidents when my mother gets confused. She'll get up at midnight and get dressed and go downstairs waiting for breakfast. They're always very patient with her, working with her and explaining to her that she got up again at the wrong time. Instead of making her feel bad, they're very empathetic.
She had to go to the hospital, but when she came back, she was still real confused. They checked on her every hour for a couple of days, and so she started getting back on her feet and getting used to the facility again. I can't say enough good things about it. We're just happy she's there.
