Southpark Meadows was clean. They just didn't seem to care a lot about the patients. They were not attentive. I asked when they were going to change my mother, and the staff said to let her finish what she's doing. Five minutes later, I looked out in the hall and she was sitting down eating. She seemed irritated when I reminded her that she was going to come help. The rooms were OK, and the facilities were pretty good. The night shift seemed to be busy watching TV, eating, and visiting each other. They need to be more attentive to the needs of the people, at least in the nursing facility section. They need to shorten their response time when the patients ask for help.
