We found AVIVA Maybelle Carter for my sister, and she's very pleased with it. It had a wonderful, wide, open entry control. It appeared to be clean, and kind of quiet. The staff is professional. They seemed to care, and they've shown a lot of interest, particularly in her first couple of days there. They had just refurbished most of the building. It was well-painted and clean, with all the necessary amenities, and it seemed to be comfortable.

My mom has moved into Sage Hill Maybelle Carter. It was more than excellent care; they are incredible. Every staff that we have met is so caring and considerate. They don't make you feel like they're rushed. It's just been a very good experience, and the food's very good. The facility is very nice and very well-kept.
They do bingo, take them on outings, and have choirs. They have a lot of activities. My mom doesn't need to have a lot of amenities. They don't have a pool or anything like that. They have a porch outside where they can sit, a nice community room, and game rooms.

I toured Sage Hill Maybelle Carter for my uncle. It was beautiful. I loved the layout of it. I met the staff, and it was very nice. The walkthrough was fine and everybody was willing to help me. They didn't know that I was coming, but they were very nice. I showed them my email from the place that told me to be there, and they were very nice, and we had the walkthrough, and everything went fine.
We were able to pick out which room we would like. They were very nice, and the apartments are nice. That's going to be my choice. The dining area was very lovely. I love the layout of it; I was shocked. It was very nice. And they said that they were remodeling ,and I'm like, "Wow, what else would you do with the place to look good?"
I loved all the little activity rules, the things they had, and the plannings that they have. They have a library, a community room, and they have a lot of stuff to do from outside and everything else. I am surprised and shocked.
I didn't get to see the food, but I went to the kitchen, and the people were very nice and everything was nice.

Maybelle Carter Living is an older facility, but it's maintained well. It's like an apartment building. It has long hallways, but it looks nice and clean. My parents have everything they need there. The staff is wonderful. They're available around the clock, and they've been very attentive to their needs. They have plenty of activities. They have bingo, painting classes, and a men's club where they get to play cornhole or dine together. The dining areas are also very nice with linen tablecloths and a grand piano. They serve good food, too.

My mom has moved in. It's a homey, comfortable place. Her room is a little small, but she likes it better than where she was, even though her old room was bigger. My mom's room now is more comfortable for her. They have a lot of activities, mostly music. The menu is country-style, but it's very good. This place has a lot of help. Every time I call, there is somebody there with my mom. The people that work there have been there for a long period of time.

Mom is satisfied here; she said the food is excellent and has eaten more there than she has eaten in a long time. The room is approximately 600 sq. ft. They have all kinds of card game activities, bingo, and church facilities.

The rooms were very nice. They had a lot of different cafeterias; an independent-living cafeteria downstairs, and assisted living cafeterias on the floor. They had a lot of grounds including a walking area; which I thought was better, but I didn’t see as many activities taking place. The staff seemed very efficient. They had a beauty parlor, and a place where people were watching TV, waiting for visitors to come.
