My mother is in Cadence at Rivergate. I like the environment. I like the staff the best. I hadn't found anything that I did not like so far. She hasn't been there that long, but everybody seems to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a rec room where they play games and that's about what she had done so far. They have a workout room, and a courtyard in the back, and they're growing vegetables and stuff. It's across from Rivergate, so you do have restaurants and places to shop.

The tour at Cadence at Rivergate was fabulous. The staff went over and above to ensure that my mom was welcomed. I didn't see any dirt. It was very clean. The common areas were very neat, very quaint, and comforting. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were nice and clean. The dining area and the carpets in the hallways were clean. It was well presented and well kept. Everybody was at dinner when we were there, and everybody seemed very nice. It was very much like home. If you were to go to the second floor of a home and go through the breezeway, there would be a balcony. That's pretty cool.

I really like Cadence at Rivergate. It was newly remodeled, so the rooms were big and airy. I like the shower because it was a total roll-in zero entry shower. They have a bigger refrigerator there than the other place we saw and I like that idea. I just didn't like that it's larger than the other places, so it would be farther for my dad to get around and he's on a walker. But it was clean, the people were friendly, it's nice and the staff members were very nice. They had a big dining area. It was nice and clean with lots of room for people to socially distance when they come down to eat.

My uncle and aunt moved into Cadence at Rivergate in Madison a little over a week ago. We like the size, and they were able to get them on the first floor, which is great. We just feel it's the right place for them. The staff we interacted with was really good. The building is nice, and the rooms are a good size and just what they need. It was clean, and it looks like they've done some remodeling. I like that it's a little enclosed so everybody can sort of be in one area. It has a middle courtyard that everybody can hang out in, and we like that. They said they like the food. For activities, they take them out to visit places (of course that's when COVID's done). They do activities there during the day, too, but I don't know what they are.

There are so many wonderful people that work and live in this community. They having dining, outings in the van, activities. They allow ip to 2 visitors to visit in a designated area and are completely Covid Free! The community is beautifully renovated and offer all size rooms. Their Chef does a great job with food selections. Definitely recommend them for your family!!!

The staff is exceptional. They really make the residents feel welcomed. They make sure all the residents are always in a involved in group activates. It is a safe environment and very clean. Its just a great community for my dear friend.

Cadence at Rivergate is wonderful. They have Bingo, arts, and they take them places. The activities are wonderful. It's really good. They serve them food very well, and they make sure there's extra steps they need to take for certain residents, and they do that. My mom has trouble with her dentures but they prepare her food so she can eat. They care. They offer showers, baths, and they take my mom to the dining room. They also wash and dry her clothes. The staff is very helpful. The dining area is very spacious and my mom enjoys the people that she eats her meals with.

It was a very excellent experience. Their staff is very caring, very positive, interactive, and more than willing to help in any way. It's a very clean facility. I would recommend it to anybody. They have vehicles available for transportation, for shopping, and they have different games that they play. Just about anything that you ever want. The people were very professional. They just made me feel like I would have no worries if I were to bring my mom there.
