Wesley Highlands was a brand new facility when my grandmother lived there. The rooms were just the right size. She had a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. All new appliances, paint, and carpet. There was an activity room, beauty shop, and game room in the facility. There were safety pulls in every room in her apartment. The staff was excellent and lived on site. If there were every maintenance issues, they were taken care of immediately. Daily checks of the residents was a must. Security was provided with the doors being locked after 9 pm. My grandmother felt safe there and it provided her the oportunity to meet lots of friends and stay social in her later years. She died in her own apartment there surrounded by us. They let us take shifts to be there and care for her. We loved Wesley Highlands. They provided church services, singings, and other activities for the residents. It is a well-rounded and well-kept facility. We had our family christmas dinners there with my grandmother each year. Fine people, fine facility.
