My visit to Wellington at Hershey's Mill was good. The facility was good; my father just decided it was too expensive. They offer meals, activities, crafts and that kind of stuff. They weren't doing it at the time of my tour but they do movie nights, trivia, and those kinds of activities.

My mother lived at The Wellington for several years before moving to live closer to her family, which was out of state.
The facilities were nice, though the very long hallways could use chairs at intervals for those who tire easily.
When my mother moved out to be closer to her family, she went to the post office to arrange to have her mail forwarded. The USPS advised her that the Wellington is responsible for forwarding residents' mail. This was not done, and as a result my mother lost some crucial coverage and was required to take the lengthy steps to reinstate it.

Loved one spent Christmas 2020 in the dark from morning to afternoon with no meals. Family couldn’t visit because of Covid and loved one was not checked on. For the cost this is disappointing and unacceptable.
