Southridge Place was very clean and the people were friendly. It was fairly small which I thought was nice, and I thought everything looked really good. The outdoor spaces were pretty small, but for people who want to work in a garden area, they're able to do that. It's not the greatest but it's also not a bad place, and the price is kinda medium. The staff that I met there was very friendly. Their rooms were small but they were very functional for assisted living. They had a living room and a bathroom.

We toured Southridge Place, and we really liked it. It's a small facility. It's very clean, and it seems like the residents get a lot of one-on-one. Out of everyone that I've looked at (I went on my own and looked at other ones), this was one that I would have picked. The facility and residents looked very clean, and the rooms were all clean. The lady that usually does the tours was not available that day because we toured on it a Saturday, so the activities director was the one that gave us a tour. She did good with the information that she had. We got there right at lunch time as people were coming in for lunch. She showed us all the activities that they do with their puzzles, their library, and different things like the plants that they planted their little garden.

Southridge Place was very nice. It's a small place, and I liked that because they get a lot of attention and everybody knows everybody. The staff seemed very, very nice and seemed like they cared about their residents. They introduced us to several of them and they were very pleasant. I thought the rooms were also really nice. They had nice big bathrooms, a closet, and a nice sized living room with a little refrigerator, sink, and a microwave. The bedrooms were nice in size and they had cable hookups. They had a monthly calendar with all kinds of activities. So, they keep them busy. Everything just looked nice and clean.

We had an in-person tour of Southridge Place. They were very nice and very open. The facility itself was nice. They appeared to be very caring individuals. The facility seemed clean and adequate for the elderly needs. The location is great, and it's in a good part of the town. It's easy off, easy on for highway access. If you need to get to your loved one, you can get to them quickly or easily.

My father-in-law was in Southridge Place. Some staff members were very attentive and caring, others were less so. I thought the room was great. It had plenty of light, he's able to bring a TV in. It was a great room for him. I just think some of the staff tended to be not so attentive and it tended to be the male staff. One, in particular, was a little rough with my father-in-law, having broken his arm, and that's what caused him to be put in there because that broken arm kind of set him on from the beginning to the end. But, it's a fine place, it's just that my wife dropped by every day to check on him. He was there for eight months. I thought the dining was very good, the food was very good. My father-in-law was a very independent guy, he did not do well there. However, there were other residents that we met that were doing very well. So it's a very individual experience. The staff that prepared the meals was very caring. We had a family for Easter, we all came in there and had dinner with him and it was very good. They had the typical things, bingo, they had other games, and they had religious services. They had little socials where they could sit around and play cards and get to know one another. My father-in-law never did participate in any of those things. That's not his cup of tea.

We like Southridge Place. I like that it was small. I like that they had their own chef in-house instead of having meals brought in. The only problem was, my mother is diabetic and her A1c level is 8 which we finally understood no one's going to take her. We met the nurse, Patrick, and Lisa who showed us the rooms. Everyone we met seemed super nice. We were prepared to put her there; they just weren't prepared to take her. At the time, there were about three tables full of women playing bingo. It seemed like they had a lot of activities going, but that wasn't something my mother was interested in. She's not a social person. I was more concerned with someone coming and getting her and taking her to dinner. The rooms were nice. For assisted living, you're not gonna get major fancy, but they were plain nice enough to live in.

The staff at Southridge Place are extremely nice and helpful; everyone that I've met there has been super nice. As soon as somebody moves out, they are updating and all that so everything seems kept up. I've been there when my mom gets her food and it looked pretty nice, and she hasn't complained about it too much. They do a great job on the activities. They have something every day and the activities lady loves her job and does a really good job. So in terms of activities, they do an excellent job on that. They have a salon and there's a lady that would do hair or nails if you need. Most of the residents seem friendly. It's not super expensive but you're getting good care for that price. The place is very clean and doesn't smell at all.

I went to Southridge Place. The facilities were nice. They had group activities for the people there. The rooms seemed to be clean, and they smelled OK. I didn't have a bad impression. The only bad impression I had was the pricing. It seemed to be very variant because I got three different prices at three different times with them. I'm not going to put my sister somewhere where the price is going to change dramatically from year to year. The main issue there is that the pricing is very uncertain. The staff was fine. When she quoted me the price, it was the original price. However, when I talked to the other lady on the phone last fall, she said $2,000 base price a month. After I had the tour, the staff quoted a price of $2,700 base price. I just felt that was not right with the price changing. She informed me that all prices change depending on what the needs are. If I put my sister in there, I could be facing a steep price increase or something the next year.

My mother has moved into Southridge Place. It's been an excellent experience. They're very efficient, very caring, and a lot of help. She seems to like the food. Everything seems to be fine. They have a lot of activities, and she's participating in all of them.

My mom has moved into Southridge Place. They have a very friendly staff and they really care about their residents. My mom has been very happy with her stay. They have great food. I really feel that they try to get the residents involved in stuff, like getting them out of their rooms. They're about to have a Grandparents Day parade, so they really try to make sure that it's going to be where they stand outside, so there's social distance, and everyone's keeping a good, safe distance away from everyone that's going to come. They try to get the families involved and it's really nice. All the families are invited to join the parade. We'll just walk through and wave at them just to see them, but a distance away from them. I thought that was pretty fun because it's going to boost their spirits and just be fun. The food is really good and they have a big variety, so they don't repeat the meals often. They rotate them pretty much where they don't feel like they're eating the same thing all the time. My mom said that she's eaten everything so far, and that says a lot. She has a standard sized room. One of the staff members, Hilda, is one of my favorites, and she's one of my mom's favorites, too. She is a very nice person. She knows how to talk with my mom at the same level and in a way that's not condescending. She is a very sweet woman. Like my mom calls me because sometimes she forgets the things that are available or forgets that she has things there, and then I call her up and Hilda makes sure she will take care of it. She does a really good job.

My mother is in Southridge Place. It's close to where she had already lived. She had gotten sick, and with all this COVID stuff, I started looking online. The staff contacted me, and they were really nice on the phone, and very helpful. They seemed OK with her, and so far, it's been OK. The staff has been great. Mother has a dog, and they help take her dog in and out. They've been really helpful to me. I think she's gotten better since she's been there. They bring three meals and two snacks to her a day. When we were moving her in, they brought in lunch, and it really looked good; it was healthy. So far, I'm really pleased with them. I met the nurse named Patrick, and Lisa who helped me on the phone and the virtual tour; she was great, as was the director.

It is a smaller community, and I think my husband will get more individual care if he goes there. I think the food is good, and they have an actual cook rather than people just bringing the food in and heating it up. The facility is a square building with a courtyard in the middle. The rooms were clean, average, and adequate for one person in that type of facility. The dining area was comfortable, not institutionalized, and more homey. The staff was very nice and caring. What I liked about it was the food and the way the staff interfaced with the residents.

The rooms were quaint, done up pretty well, and set up pretty personably. They have a secured, locked door as the only one way in and out.

It had a really good price on their regular assisted living. The place looked nice, but the memory care there was a little bit out of our budget. The people there seem to be nice. The lady that I talked to, Mrs. Crawford, was very nice.
