My dad has been a resident of Homestead at Gentlebrook Memory Care, and it is fine. If he'd ever run out of money he'd still be there. He was taken care of, but it's hard to comment, because we weren't allowed to visit because of the COVID-19. The facility is fine, its clean, and you don't smell urine when you walk in. I know they have exercise times, and I know they have a common area where people can sit and talk if they want to, but beyond that I basically know of their activities based on their Facebook page when I see them post stuff. I do not have any idea about the food, but I know the dining area has eight or ten tables on the one wing he was in. He had to eat in the dining area because he could not eat in his room. There's a common area where people sit and talk, stare at the TV, or sleep. Everyone in the room is memory challenged. They have food, and they have staff that bathe and take care of them. Their pricing is pretty competitive with some of the places I've been checking.
