My mother needed just a little of help with her medications, but wanted to stay active with her friends. Glenwood provides this for her and more. We love she has her freedom but is still in a safe place.

The rooms don't get cleaned by the housekeeper who they have on staff, my friend does there own cleaning!! I had a few people on staff, who are not very pleasant with my friend and they make her cry a lot because of this. My friend does not participate in there activities, they have no money to do anything!!
I've seen the food they serve and it's not good at all, plus I've seen how they run out of milk all the time!! I'm helping my friend to relocate so she can get built back up, it's not going to happen where she is!! The residents are paying for services that just don't happen!! They take all there money and give them fifty dollars to live on!! This makes no sense to me!! They need better food, better quality of care that does not include rudeness from any staff members!!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. This place is horrible. My grandma regressed while in this place plus died suddenly April 2016 & another family member suddenly died on 4/25/16 after only being there for two days. Both lost there pulses & heart stopped. Grandma had 3 UTIs while in there for 6 months. Was supposed to be there for physical rehab but ended up being stuck in a wheelchair chair all day. Family was in the process of looking into other options but then Grandma suddenly passes...this place isn't a hospice but yet go there & you die...

We’re waiting for Stone Crossing to call us back to move in. The staff was very professional and very good. The rooms looked good, were large, and had a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The dining room was very nice, and the menus looked good.

My brother is at Stone Crossings, and he is doing well. He is actually getting better at the facility. We had a couple of meetings with them, and they had fixed some of the issues that we had. His room is very comfortable. He has a patio outside of his room, where he can go out and smoke. The food is OK. He is not crazy about it. The people who works there are very nice and very helpful as well. They have a new administrator who seems like she would make some very good necessary changes.

They were very helpful at Stone Crossing Care Center. They also took the time to answer any questions we had. The girl at the front desk was very much a sweetheart. It was not as fancy compared to some of the other ones we visited, and they could probably update it a little more. I talked to the nurses that did assessments on Johnny, and they were all very caring, compassionate, and confident.
