I went to Reflections Retirement Community. They have a large room right now, but we're waiting for a couple of weeks to see if a small room will become available. I only talked to one person. It was a nice, clean environment, and she seemed friendly They only showed me the large room, the laundry facility, and the nurses' station. It was clean and I've seen where the residents would have their own mailboxes. She showed me two different floors for their retirement floors for the people who need assistance. They have some transportation but not wheelchair transportation for the residents there. They have bingo but they don't have any other activities for them to do. I've seen somebody sitting down and somebody else walking through the hall. There was no presence of people.

Reflections Retirement Community was very nice. The staff was wonderful the short time mom was there, but she was notified of having been exposed to Covid there and they quarantined her. This was part of all the issues with them, and it's not their fault because they were very proud and told us that they hadn't had Covid in the facility all of last year, which speaks highly of them. We were told yesterday as we were getting her things moved out and stuff that another lady had already passed from it inside the facility and they had already put everybody on lockdown, and there were no visitors. The only reason we were allowed there was we're moving mother out. John was one of the few nurses we had time to get to know, and he's just wonderful and he did what he could. Mom was only in this facility for less than a month. The residents were involved in different activities. They were all involved in either watching TV or doing crafts, whatever was going on. We were there various hours of the day, the short time that mom was there. It's very clean and very nice. Mom ended up trying to take part in the church service on Sunday and I was really happy with that, but that's when she was pulled out and told that she had to be quarantined because of exposure, then they tested her, she was positive.

I was not impressed with Reflections Retirement Community. They did not have where the resident could choose to sit; they have assigned seating in the dining room. The cleanliness was there, but the building was older and being older, it had narrow halls. They had a nice situation where midway through the halls, they had little nooks where people could sit and look outside and visit and gather, but the age seemed to show. It's a three-story so there's a use of elevators to get to different places. It was kind of senior housing as well as assisted living. I wasn't as impressed with this. I didn't see the interaction between the staff. They seemed to be over-the-top trying to impress me but not demonstrating much with the clients.

My mother moved into the Reflections Retirement community. They've been very attentive to her needs, she's happy where she's at, and I have had no problems. It's clean, they do have quite a few things in the building to do, they have activities, and people come in to entertain and do things with the residents. The room is a good size, and right for her. They have a library, they show movies, they have games, puzzles, and they do little day trips. It's a very nice place and I'd recommend it to other people.

I visited Reflections twice, they had a lot of activities, and they had most of the things that I wanted. The rooms were OK, and they had an on-call doctor and nurse. The staff was very good and very nice. Most of the residents looked pretty happy, they were doing things, there's a place to walk around, and there's a little pond where kids could go fishing.

Reflections Retirement Community was nice. The apartment I saw was a two-bedroom with a living room/kitchen combination that I thought was very nice. The staff was very nice, and I liked them all. The food was good.

My 91-year old mother-in-law has been in Reflections Retirement Community for 14 years. The staff are very accommodating. They have a very nice dining facility. They have very nice rooms - you can have a one-bedroom or two-bedroom units and studio apartments. They have independent and assisted living.
