My father was here and now has COVID and is in hospital. Facility only concerned about money. Enabled and allowed excessive alcohol abuse. More troubling is my father has cirrhosis and they still did nothing to help. Medical director even stated the use of alcohol was so high the entire hallway smelled like alcohol, but Ennis gladly allowed it as they were paying customers, health and wellbeing be damned.

Enniscourt Skilled Nursing made us wait a long time for somebody to come and help us, and they couldn't find anybody to take us on a tour, which is kind of odd since we were there during business hours. It was not a good fit. It was expensive and you had to share a small room, which was ridiculous. It was a beautiful place and the meeting room was gorgeous and decorated very nicely for Thanksgiving.

My Grandmother lived at Ennis Court in the last year of her life, and it was an incredibly positive atmosphere for her to be immersed in. When I visited her, the residents all seemed happy, active and well-attended to. The staff that I observed were all incredibly kind caregivers who were attentive to the needs of all of the residents and also to any visitors that may have had a question or raised a concern. The administrator, Mrs. Campbell truly cared about the well-being and personal happiness of every resident. In the case of my grandmother, Mrs. Campbell learned that she had been a painter and then suggested that they clear one of the sitting rooms of all decoration and turn it into a gallery to display my grandmother's work. This was not only touching to my grandmother and our family but also made my grandmother feel as though she was contributing beauty and inspiration to residents and staff; it made her feel as though she had something to give. This can be a difficult satisfaction for someone in a nursing home to achieve. My grandmother could not have asked for better care, and we could not have asked for a better place for her to have spent her final year. Ennis Court and Mrs. Campbell should be held as a shining example for all other nursing facilities to follow.
