We are so happy with the care at Juniper Glen. Our mom is never in her room, unlike the community we moved her from where it felt like she was always alone in her room. She seems very happy, the community is beautiful, clean, and perfect size so she can roam around and not feel confined.
The staff from Administration to housekeeping are wonderful! All are engaged, they know the residents and they seem to like working there! In these times where you hear about communities struggling to find staff, Juniper has found away to attract good ones. We are so happy we made the move!

Juniper Glen Assisted Living & Memory Care is OK. It's just that my aunt is with a lot of people who are more advanced and older than she is. My aunt is in the memory care and the staff there are very nice people. They greet you nicely, they are willing to answer any questions that you may have, and they check on you, and make sure everything's OK when you come to visit. They have a nice and clean building too. It's very much organized and very secure. They can't get out. I've only seen one meal and it was a sandwich for dinner. So, I don't know if that's what they do all the time or not.

So far we've had pretty good experience with Juniper Glen Alzheimer's Special Care Center. The staff has responded to us quickly, they seem to be nice, involved, and on top of things. However, we can't get in there right now because of the virus situation. From what we have seen, they're doing a pretty good job. It's a very nice place and it's new as well. Because of the quarantine my mother can't do a lot of activities, but they did go in and work with her personally. They've been handling things very well so far and they have really great lines of communication.

Juniper Glen is large, new, bright, and cheerful. The staff is very nice and pleasant. They have an area for those with serious memory issues, like those who forgot to eat or if they already ate. They're separate from the rest of the group.
