Staff is skeletal to maximize profits. Part-time, temporary staffers hired by agencies care little about their work, however the few full-time staff are dedicated. My parent's nursing-home room was consistently dirty; one day there was dried feces on the floor. Staff ignore residents, who cry out for help or wait for hours to be fed. Employees are squeezed and directed to maximize recruitment over care; one of them was told to recruit patients rather than do the job she was hired to do. The photos do not represent the bleakness of the common rooms. Food is overcooked pap, often rejected by residents. Management promises to to bring in full-time staff, but they don't. Existing staff are overworked and stressed out. The movie theater closed during Covid and never reopened. The reception area is pleasant but take a close look at the dirty floors and tables of the residents' rooms.

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare was beautiful and clean. I liked the staff. The money was too much there. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was near a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. The nearest hospital is probably about 8 to 9 miles away.

I have dealt with rehab centers before for my aging family. I know that there are bad ones and that there are good ones but I have to say that Cambridge rehab Center in Moorestown New Jersey is a fantastic facility. The staff has been exceptional in caring for my mother. I feel that the staff goes the extra mile to care for her not because they have to but because they want to. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitative care.

My mother is here for her rehab and it was convenient and accepts medicare. Over all the facility has done an excellent job at that time they rehabilitate my mother with broken leg. She in a one room two bed, one bathroom and two TVs. She said the food is good. It is an excellent facility. But the medicare benefit ends. So we had to now take her out and that's when the assisted living will be coming in.
