My Girlfriend was in there with Copd,, In her early 50's ,,, they took great care of her,,, she had to make trips to the hosp as her lungs were shot,, I went every morning to bring her coffee , they always let me in early as I take care of my mom 95 at my house,, so I had to get home,,, but I went there everyday ,, were always nice,, she passed a few months ago ,, but I would recommend this place to anyone ,, even myself when I need extra help,,,, I can't remember day she passed was 3 4 months ago

My wife recently stayed at Avista for 2 1/2 weeks of rehabilitation after a serious illness that required hospitalization. She was very happy with the care received from the friendly and very competent staff at Avista, The medical and physical rehabilitation care received during her stay were excellent. She was particularly pleased by the warmth and friendliness of the staff during her time at Avista. We would not hesitate to recommend Avista to anyone requiring rehabilitative care.

Avista Healthcare takes great care of my mom. My mother moved into Avista in August 2015 (after spending five months in another nearby highly rated but terrible rehab facility post hip surgery). She is 91 now with mild Alzheimers in addition to the hip replacement. The staff keeps her busy and laughing. Her doctor takes really good care of her, and he calls me when there are concerns. All of the employees that I have encountered have been professional and caring.

My mother was there for rehab this place was not that good .She saw no one after they came in for her pressure check., she had 1 hour of rehab a day we could do better at home. I think the should come in more often check on this people dont go there. Two nurse were good the rest terrible. It was clean. Her food was always cold.

My mother received warm and compassionate care, She could eat in her room or in the subacute dining room which offered a warm and friendly atmosphere . There was atheatre to watch movies or her favorite show on a large screen.

The staff at Avista was kind of engaged with everyone. The rooms were nice. I thought that seemed fairly good. There wasn't any odor of any kind when I went in. The dining room seemed fine. At that point, they were making something as a group. They were trying to get people involved with that. I would recommend Avista to others.
