Beautiful facility, staff left a lot to be desired. Some of the aides were openly hostile to my mother. Others were totally indifferent. She returned home with less mobility than when she went in. Minimal time spent on rehab. Communication with administration was poor.

My Aunt received stellar care and top notch customer service at PowerBack Rehabilitation. She needed a variety of complicated skin dressings, physical rehabilitation to regain her strength and walk again with her wheeled walker and be able to get of bed on her own. The entire staff was patient and kind to her and to us as a family. We have a large family and somneone was there visiting her almost every day. The director gave us his card with his cell number on it and told us to call him 24/7 for any issue. We have never experienced anything like that. I would highly recommend PowerBack in Moorestown to anyone needing this type of care after a hospital stay.

My mother was at PowerBack Rehabilitation Moorestown. The staff went above their regular responsibilities when it came to working with her. They were very sweet, very complimentary to her, and they took great care in her personal care, like her bathing. It was a beautiful facility. You feel like you're in a five-star hotel.
