The Allegria at the Fountains facility is beautiful. You couldn't see the rooms because of COVID, but they gave us a video so we got to see them. It was very nice, my mother would have to be in special care there. The staff seemed fine. I was looking for nursing care, so my mother couldn't use any of their facilities. They have all the amenities except for the people in memory care and special nursing. They had a big room with a TV, and they had some pretty water fountains outside. They were very clean. It's located in a neighborhood or residential homes.

One thing that stood out to me when I went to Allegria at the Fountains was that when they were giving me a tour, I saw a lady who was trying to get the nurse's attention, but the nurse was on her cell phone and standing off to the side. She wasn't paying attention to the resident and me, that just made me think, 'Is this going to happen with my father?" If he needs just to get somebody's attention from somewhere, they're going to blatantly ignore him.
Overall, it looked like a nice place. They were kind and nice. They showed me everything. They have a lot of activities for the seniors. It had a courtyard and a place where they could exercise.

I looked at Allegria at the Fountains. They don't have space for Medi-Cal patients, and they said that if my cousin paid for two years, they couldn't guarantee her a spot there under Medicaid, so that kind of doesn't help. You don't want to pay a facility all this money and then they don't want to keep you.
Otherwise, it's a nice facility. It looked like it was newly renovated and updated. The rooms looked very nice. Each of the rooms had a little closet and enough room for a double dresser. The room that she showed me had a double sliding glass door, which is nice. It almost feels like they're like an apartment living. They had a nice PT area and a family gathering area. The grounds looked nice. Overall, it was very nice. The lady that gave me the tour was very nice, too.

My mother is over at the Allegria at the Fountains. It's wonderful. She started out in the independent living facility and she's now in the reminiscence center, and still doing well. It's a very neat and clean facility, and the staff is wonderful there. They're very caring and compassionate with the patients. They have wonderful activities to keep them occupied there, and the meals are great. My mother loves it, she has lots of friends there. I can't say enough about them, we were just very pleased with them there. The food is very good. She's in a memory care room now, but when she was in the independent, they take them to go shopping, took them to the stores, and even took them down to the shore. They have a little shuttle bus that takes them out shopping and takes them to church. They also do arts and crafts, they have a little gym room there, they do movies, they have people that come there and do singing and dancing. They have social activities, and they do a lot there all day long to keep them active.

We saw The Fountains at Cedar Parke. We liked it but it was farther away from where the family lived. It seemed like a very nice place, but it was larger, and that was another factor why we did not choose it for my mother.

We went to the Fountains at Cedar Parke. It's a little rundown, they had a lot to offer, the room itself was nice, but my mom did not have a good feeling there. The lady was very helpful, but she never followed up. We saw more of the independent living activities like bingo, card games, but the location was not good.

The Fountains had many activities, a theater, and a have priest who came in for mass and Communion. They had all kinds of entertainment and trips to malls, shops, and casinos. The rooms were very pleasant and painted. Every unit in the compound had its own private porch, which impressed me the most. The people who I talked to were all very pleasant and helpful.

I was not too impressed with the care given to a friend plus the lack of clean lids in their apt. The daughter seems to have to vacuum the apt. Plus the trash needed to be emptied and your info says this is done daily. I volunteer at a senior facility in another state & I do not see the lack of care & attention where I volunteer that I saw at your very attractive facility.

We visited The Fountain. Many residents there were members of my mom’s parish, and they had a wonderful Catholic service on Saturdays, which made her feel welcome. The people were very helpful and caring. They provided three meals.

My dad has lived here in Independent Living for 3mos. He had a fall, was hospitalized, then Rehab in another section of the same facility. He will be moving to Assisted Living in the same facility. There is something to be said for continuing care available in one location. He has had very good care while in Rehab and all staff go out of their way to make family members comfortable. The residents are also very friendly and speak highly of this place. I would highly recommend the Fountains at Cedar Parke.

My Mother in Law lived here on the independent living side. Very, very nice. I brought my husband here for a short stay (he has alzheimers ) and when i picked him up he was unwashed and u shaven. He reeked. He was neglected the whole time he was there. They never even brushed his teeth! Disgusting place. 300.00 per per doesn't buy you a shower?

We went to The Fountains and this is the one we liked the best. It was clean; it was updated. There seemed to be a lot of staff. There's a place that, if one of my family members came to visit, they could stay. It seemed to have a lot of activities, and it's close to our home. This would be the one we would go to.

The Fountains seemed like a nice place but my sister didn't want to live there. She didn't like the area. She's not yet 60 and she thought the people were too old there. The facility was clean, neat, bright and well kept. The apartments were nice but I don't think it was financially feasible.

Everything was good at the Fountains but my brother in law couldn't afford it. The staff was great and did everything to try to get us in. The place was fantastic. They had a pool, they had exercise daily and it's actually a country club kind of place.

I went to The Fountains at Cedar Parke for a visit. It was like being in a hotel. The dining room was exceptional. They offered food and what I had for lunch was fantastic. There were buses that took the residents where they wanted to go.

I really like this facility, my father once was a resident of this place and when he moved to another facility to be closer to his family it was hard to move from here for him because he loved everyone there. The offer rooms that are set up exactly like an upscale apartment. The residents can a very independent life and enjoy their lives however they choose to while they receive the individual car they need. I like the way the staff goes out of their way just to make sure each resident feel like they are king or queen of the world. Staff is so professional and really love their jobs and the residents.
