My mom just moved to the skilled nursing part of Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community. Before that, she was in assisted living. It's a five-star facility with wonderful staff. It's beautiful and they serve wonderful food. They do a whole lot of activities. They have bingo, music, trivia games, ice cream socials every week, cookies and tea days a couple of times a week, happy hour with red and white wine once a week, movie days where they have popcorn, bridge playing, walks, and outside trips to grocery stores on their own shuttle bus. They also have a theater at the facility where you can come to watch performances such as Broadway series, a pool for water aerobics, Zumba, and other exercise classes.
