My mother was in RidgeCrest. She was in independent and assisted. She was there for eight years. It was very good. The staff was very caring and they were able to keep her almost to the end of her life in their community. She loved it. The residents were very nice and welcoming to her and the staff was wonderful. Her first independent apartment was lovely. It had two bedrooms, and it was spacious and had a nice view. In the assisted living, it was just one room and it was adequate for what she needed at that time. I ate there for eight years. The food was fine. She was constantly in activities. She was on their social committee. She wrote welcome cards, get well cards, and birthday cards for everybody. She was the first person to greet everybody when they were new and take them to the dining room and introduce them to other people. She played bingo three times a week. She went on bus trips. Even during COVID, they took care of her. The worst part was during COVID when we couldn't go in. They raised the rate every year, but it was worth it.

My mom is at RidgeCrest. The food is not the best, but it's okay. There are also mostly not much of activities for assisted living. They need more maintenance done on the building as there's a lack of maintenance. It's about three miles from the hospital. It's very well cleaned.

All my needs are met.

This is the best place! Everyone is so friendly and it is so safe. Food is delicious.

My mom is a current resident of RidgeCrest. We know about this facility because we had some friends that were there. What impresses me about this one is that residents can go from apartments to assisted living and then to skilled nursing. Also their food is excellent.

RidgeCrest was a wonderful facility and Mother would love to live there. We just can't afford it. It's secure for one thing. There are other people that she can socialize with for another. She doesn't have to worry about cooking if she doesn't want to. When she doesn't want to eat what they cook, then she can cook. There are a lot of things that are attractive about it. They can have their pets and there is someone that can be in the building with you at all times. You're always with other people. The people who work there are awesome and it's not their fault that it cost so much. They were very knowledgeable people. They do have field trips and all the amenities.
