I toured Concord Place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and looked convenient to use. The dining area was large with comfortable seating. They had a nice diverse menu. The upkeep of the facility looked good. They had a salon, they had some therapy rooms, they had a reading room, there was a library, there were a couple of gathering spaces and sitting rooms, there was a dining area for a family to come in, and there was a grilling patio area for families to use when visiting.

We were shown both Concord Place's assisted living and memory care. It's a very, very nice and very clean building. The staff and the people that we met were nice. We didn't see any residents there or anything, nobody was up and moving about. When you got there, the door was locked, and you have to wait for somebody to come and let you in. And I think that's because of the Covid restrictions. It was very nice, but I didn't have that feeling like I had when I went into the other community, just because there weren't any residents up and moving around. They had nice amenities. The outside wasn't as nice as the other one was, but it was a very pleasant experience. The layout was good, it was nice. I like that they had rooms that were really opened up, and bright in there because there's alot of light. And it was new, it looked like it had just been painted and remodeled, and everything was very nice.
