Inspire Royal Park might have been the nicest place we went to, but the problem was that the air freshener thing they had in there was overpowering. Unfortunately, my wife has allergies from it. Other than that, it was a very nice place. They have everything from a pool, a game room, a little movie theater, and a workout area.

I did a tour of Inspire Royal Park. It was an excellent visit. Just walking through, it looked like the place was in order. I knew that the living arrangements would be good. My children were more elated than I was because it's such a beautiful place. The staff was so comfortable in talking to you, and caring. The rooms were beautiful. I did not try the food, but I saw where it can be prepared. That was inspiring. They had all the kinds of things that would benefit my needs. I saw the entertainment room, I thought that was great. I saw the area where you can prepare your food as a group, or you can invite your families in. That was great because they get so separated from you, but there you can bring them back into the fold by inviting them as a guest, and you all come to prepare your meals there and everything.

Inspire Royal Park is brand new and beautiful. The clubhouse is beautiful and there are many amenities. The apartments are very nice. However, the one-bedroom, one-bath is less than 700 square feet and the prices continue to increase. There's not enough space, and there are no garages within the apartment. There are parking spaces, but they are not assigned. So, when you come home to park, it's first come, first served. That is something that I do not like. I do not like the small one-bedroom. The kitchen and living room tend to be small. For one of the floor plans, there is no dining area. There is only a counter for stools and stools are not always what seniors want to sit on to dine. Most seniors would prefer to dine using a dining room table. Those would be the cons, but in general, the place is beautiful. Everything is available 24/7, which is excellent. About twice a week, they have a continental breakfast that is also included. They have activities and events twice a week, which is very nice, to keep the residents happy and to get them to socialize and meet people. I just didn't like the fact that I would have to walk from the parking lot to my apartment with groceries in a cart and that's kind of a hardship. Other than the fact that the apartments are small, relatively speaking, everything is upscale. The apartments have everything. They have walk-in closets, a linen closet, and a balcony or a patio. It's a beautiful property. It's just probably not for me. They have a beauty salon and it's not open yet, but it will be. They have a saltwater pool and a dog park that's not ready yet, but it will be. They have a place to wash your dog so you don't have to shampoo your dog in the apartment. They provide a hairdryer for the dog. They provide the shampoo and everything and that's also part of your rent. They have a fitness room, and they have space if you want to come and relax and leave your apartment. They have coffee available 24/7 for the residents. I just met the custodian and the person who gave the tour. The person who gave the tour was very good and you felt welcomed. As far as the way things are maintained, it's hard to know because it's brand new and only a few people live there now. Only 12% of the place is rented.
