I moved my mother to another care facility as she was not getting the help that she needed. Several nurses were rude. I always had to park several blocks away as this facility has a limited amount of parking space. The food was served warm/not enjoyable to eat

I think the care that The Neighborhoods by TigerPlace provides is probably adequate, but the response time has been very slow. My dad did not have a TV remote when he moved in and it took me two weeks, three phone calls, and an email to finally get him one. There was actually one night where I asked them to give him a blanket, and the nurse gave him a blanket right away, but getting the TV remote was just very slow, and for me, that was not acceptable. Another thing is, my dad had to go to the dialysis clinic, yet nobody told me that he needed to bring a cushion to sit on since the dialysis chairs were uncomfortable. Neither the dialysis clinic nor the folks from the facility told him that he might want to bring a cushion. He knows now, but I thought it would have been nice if they would have told him that he should bring a cushion, because he can't be the first one they've taken to get dialysis. I haven't been there personally, but the staff has been very nice to talk to on the phone, and they were always trying to be helpful. They just need to improve on their responsiveness if a family member calls to make a simple request.

We got my mother in law on a waiting list at the Neighborhoods. It’s very clean and the people were very nice. They have a preacher that comes in and gives church on Sunday, the food seemed to be very good. They were a lot more friendly. They have activities, the people come down there for different things, like different activities for the Holidays, and that was nice. The dining area looked had a cheerier atmosphere and it’s very clean.

my father in law was here for therapy after a broken hip. the therapists were awesome and the nurses always go the extra mile for their patients. They have a lot of newer management who are all wonderful and very accommodating. If we ever needed care for another family member we would definitely choose the neighborhoods again!

This is a very bad nursing home. Short on staff. My husband would wait for hours for help. He got really sick had a high temp and was freezing. They SAID they call the doctor and he told the staff he was just tired. And let him rest., When I got in their he was freezing to death. I told Reuben to call 911. Took him to UM hospital. His lungs where full and his left lung had collapsed. If, I hadn't gone in their he would of died. Unfortunately he did pass after two weeks. I wouldn:t take anyone to the Neighborhoods! The staff is untrained and not enough to take care of all patients!

I have had the pleasure of entertaining at this facility and it has been a joy! The one constant from top to bottom, is just how much the staff truly cares about the folks they take care of. Amazing facility and amazing people!

This place is hoorible to their staff, and it shows in the care given. They do not have enough staff, I feel sorry for their nurses, it's like they don't have any help at all. This place is being ran like Columbian Health Care. This place used to be great but I'm the last year or two has gone down hill fast. Not sure what's going on. They can not keep anyone in management, and the ones they do hire are horrible. ThE only thing this place has going for it is that it is in a newer buliding. I am going to be taking my mother out of here just as soon as we are accepted into a better facility. It's sad how this place went from great to horrible. The management should be ashamed of themselves, especially for the way they treat their nursing staff.

I did not like The Neighborhoods by TigerPlace. They were understaffed, and the food was mediocre, but they do well with the physical therapy.

The Neighborhoods by TigerPlace was fine. You don’t have your own apartment, just a room. The staff was very nice. The building was fairly new, very clean, and had different wings in it.

I highly recommend this facility. I have been a patient there twice. The staff is genuine caring and loving, attentive to your specific needs, the kitchen staff is friendly and make sure they serve you the foods you like to eat, administration and social worker very helpful, and housekeeping does an amazing job.on keeping the facility clean. If I ever need to go into facility again it will definitely be at the Neighborhoods by Tiger Place.

My sister was at The Neighborhoods for an extended period of time. The staff there was very attentive and friendly. The physical therapy dept. was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed good medical assistance and therapy.

RUN, don't walk away from this place! . My father-in-law was sent here and upon arrival we weren't even welcomed or shown anything about place. He was just placed in a room and was on his own. He didn't even show him how to call for a nurse if he needed something. We were there for about an hour and a half before we decided just to take him home. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I can see that it's only purpose is to make money from Medicare

The Neighborhoods by TigerPlace was a very new facility. We didn't stay there but it seemed like they have a very good staff-to-residents ratio. It was a beautiful facility and they have all kinds of things regarding amenities. They did have a swimming pool and an area that we wanted where they have a cook that would prepare the meals for like 15 people. They seemed to have very new and very nice private rooms. There were nurse practitioners on staff that are there daily and also a physician that is there about 30 hours a week, so I think they have good medical care there. However, I wasn't very happy with their administration. They were uncooperative; they wouldn't accept my dad.

I went to The Neighborhoods for my mother. They weren't short staffed but it took a little longer to get to a patient although I know they were all busy. Other than that, it was good.
