Independent Senior Living at the Baptist Manor provides seniors with their own self-contained apartment. The kitchens are equipped with an electric stove, frost-free refrigerator, and a garbage disposal. The living areas feature wall-to-wall carpeting and are cable ready. The bathrooms include safety rails in the bathtub. A storage unit is also included in the apartment. Independent living allows seniors to be as private or as social as they want. Whether it be private pay or rent subsidized. The Baptist Manor has several housing options that maintain your independence and allow you to age in place.

The Baptist Manor seemed to be very attentive. I liked the security aspect of the complex where they're able to monitor who's coming and going. That was a great service. Also, they provide med alerts/bracelets/devices to all the residents, which was very comforting to know. Utilities were included in the rental price, too. The place just seemed very, very quiet and they had a nice library that the residents can go to.

The Baptist Manor was more in my price range. It was a nice place. It was a little small, but seniors have to downsize at some point. They got studios and one-bedroom apartments. They were nice. Everything is included in the rent.

I recently moved into Baptist Manor. Everyone is very nice and they follow the COVID protocol.
It is very quiet and secure with cameras inside and outside. My family feels that it is a great and safe place for me.
The website states there is an 8 mos. wait for a 1 bedroom but that has not been updated so if you are interested call them to find out the wait time.
There is a beauty shop, little general store, laundry facilities community room and library.

I am a resident of The Baptist Manor. It's a very nice place. I have no complaints. They're very attentive. They're good about this virus thing. They pay attention to all the senior citizens who live here. My apartment is fantastic. I do my own cleaning. Baptist Manor is a place where you take care of your own. The outdoors are absolutely gorgeous. They have sidewalks through the whole community. If you want to, you can walk outside the community. The golf course is right across the street. It's fantastic walking out there. The staff members are very attentive to their jobs. They're very aware of what's going on with the virus and everything else. However, at this particular time, our staff has been cut in half because of the virus.

I moved into the Baptist Manor and I like everything about it so far. It's clean, if I have a problem they take care f it right away, and I just like it here. So far, it's been pretty good, and the food can be delivered to you if you want it. They gave you a list of different activities. It's a fine location.
