I toured Holiday Ashford Court. Good experience and a lot of information. The building was clean, and there was a lot of space for the people who live there, for their apartments too. They had a separate room to relax, read a book, or something. The dining room was spacious and clean too. I got to talk to Lynwood, and he was an experienced guy, explaining the prices, about the stay there, and community living. He did explain a lot of what they provide to the people living there. I did not see anything bad about it.

My 93 year old father, who had been living on his own until experiencing medical issues, went to live here until he passed away. The staff was always extremly friendly and helpful. I felt at ease having him living there. Would definately recommend Ashford Court.

We had an in-person tour of Ashford Court. We walked through all the facilities and activities they have available. They were very kind, helpful, willing to work with us, and showed us what we needed. I would recommend the place. The facility is clean and neat. There is whatever you would need available to you. The manager and a few people were all very considerate and willing to answer any of our questions. They have apartments, a library, a beauty salon, a courtyard, and a workout room.

We went to Ashford Court. It was a one level nice lobby area. We did see more people out and about, and that one which was welcoming, more people in the dining room, and it could have just been the time of day that we were there. The gentleman that showed us around was very, very personable, and very nice, very informative. They have courtyards, small patio areas, some apartments didn't have access to do, and some did. I think everybody had access to it. It's just some apartments opened up onto the courtyards and patios.

I toured Ashford Court, and I'm going to go take my dad for a tour there tomorrow. I liked what I saw. They've got two units that could potentially fit his needs. I like the fact that he would be able to pick one versus the other. The general manager who took me around for a tour was amazing.
The place was clean and smelled wonderful. I love that they have a grand piano there because my dad was a musician way back in the day. They've got everything set up for physical distancing, all the chairs are spaced out, and you have to wear a mask. I like that it's all one floor. They had a few things reopening. They had a corn hole game going on and a bean bag toss. Even if he couldn't do it, he could sit six feet apart from a person and watch them do it and laugh.
They had a dining room, and they presented me with some little tarts; they were delicious, so I can say that the food was good. I love that they had lovely Halloween or fall decorations everywhere. Their public bathrooms in every pod were very clean. Their front desk was cleaned twice while I was there, so it's very clean.

Ashford Court was very nice and very clean. It was a one-story building, and the apartments were very large and very convenient. The staff was very nice and had a lot of information. The dining area was very nice. There was a group in one room doing chair exercises, and a gentleman doing a big puzzle. They had a calendar of events.

Ashford Court was nice, older, but the people were decent, and seemed to care. They have a library, a salon, and a rec room.

Ashford Court was clean, and the manager was very nice during the interview. They offered just dinner. It was very pleasant, but it was just way too much walking. It was in one level, and it was miles and miles of corridors. My mom is 92, so it wasn't going to be beneficial for her to walk up and down the aisles.

I loved everything about Ashford. It was gorgeous, fresh, new, and light. Everybody seemed to be family, and nobody seemed to be not glad to be there. I went after work, and the tenants were down there having snacks. They had a little snack shop. They sign upcoming events that they wanted to go to. Everybody knew the director, and they were all stopping and talking to the director about upcoming events. It was just marvelous. I enjoyed it.
They gave me a packet, and in it is a coupon for my aunt and my cousin to come and visit them and have lunch or dinner with them as well as tour the facility, and I thought that was kind of neat.

A friend has already moved in to Ashford Court. It’s bright and cheerful, and the rooms are of good size.
The people answered all our questions. Everything has been taken care of. They responded to some of her wishes, the food is good, and the people are very friendly. No complaints.

My father is not happy about moving, but my experience with Ashford Court is very good. The staff is very professional, and they followed up. When there were delays and everything, they checked back with me, and they worked with me very well. It's spacious, clean, and close to my home and my sister's home. There is a social calendar.

After visiting several facilities, I moved my mom to Ashford Court three or four weeks ago and I love it. The facility is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff is wonderful and everybody is very helpful. They offer a ton of activities. I cannot even list them all because there are so many. Everything about it is right for my mom. I am really pleased and I will absolutely recommend them to others 100%.

My mother-in-law is at Ashford Court. She has her own apartment with a kitchenette that has a small refrigerator, a sink, a microwave oven and a countertop. The facility looks like a hotel, with its ceiling, a fireplace and game tables.
The food is nourishing. It's not always great but through the most part because my mother-in-law is socializing with other people, she just sits and eats. She can make a little something in her kitchenette too if she wants to.
There are numerous activities to take part of every day. There's no extra charge for them. There are exercises and puzzles to participate in. We can also get more assistance using an ala carte menu, and that is added onto the bill. We're probably going to follow through with getting medication assistance because mother forgets them or maybe doesn't want to take her medication.
My mother in-law is doing great. She looks so much better. We really thought she was going to die if she stayed where she was previously at. My husband and I are happy.
