Provision Living at Oshtemo is a brand-new place that has just opened up within the last year. One of our church members is living there now so I had a good chance to see most of it. I was able to see the dining room, the entryway, her room, and everything, and how they received visitors. And it was very nice, it's a beautiful place and decorated nicely. They had a very large dining room. My friend's room is very nice. She's got an area where she has a microwave and a small refrigerator, she has a couch, and she's able to have her TV with a big TV stand with a bookcase around it. So she got there her decorations, albums, and things she care about. Her living room goes out to a patio to her side, this is a ground-floor facility, which is nice. And she's got a very large bedroom and a walk-in bathroom from her bedroom, a nice-size closet and there's a nice-sized window in her bedroom where she gets a lot of light. Her room is big enough that she's got her bed and a couple of dressers in there. It's very comfortable, she's got pictures up and she can go right outside if she wants to. I was really surprised at how much room she had. Their place is very clean, you don't see anything on the floor, and nothing in the little station areas where people can sit and talk and have coffee or juice while they're sitting there. You don't see any trash around or anything on the counters. It is very well taken care of, and the decorations and everything around are nice. The staffs are wonderful, they're very pleasant and helpful. The first time I went in, I didn't know my friend's room number, they walked me down one of the halls to let me know where she was and where she might be going. I saw that they were going to play a little inside golf thing. They have an activities director. The value for the money is very good, in terms of what the cost is and how the facility is kept and everything, and how the clients are treated.
