This place should be shut down, it is rundown, in dire need of repairs and a facelift. I've seen pictures of jail cells I'd rather sleep in. The place is not only detrimental to the health and well-being of its residents, but also the staff. I can't imagine spending an entire day there. I was only there to visit family and it was more than long enough to wonder why the facility even exist. The care is borderline neglectful, sure there are some good staff, but overall, it's heartbreaking to see a loved one there.

Rooms at Bel Pre are similar to hospital rooms they need a little paint and a few repairs, The GNS were not professional they would argue with patients and leave you waiting for hours before they'll respond to the bell. GNS would have you waiting and waiting before they would come to assist you. Therapy worked for me they worked with me in strengthen my legs and my upper body, it is a good team of therapist, they are the only good thing about Bel Pre. The activity director was great goodness know the residents needed some thing to do, Food not bad needs improvement no asking to have a meal changed,, If I had to come back here I would not nor would I have any friends or family members ever be a resident of this place not ever,

This place is the worst place I have ever visited (I'm a pastor). I've had congregants who have stayed there long-term. Their rooms were swelteringly hot and smelly. They were left in dirty diapers for hours at a time. They developed bedsores. They were ignored when they had needs and rang for help and the staff seemed to enjoy having power over them. Just awful.

My sister is in Bel Pre Health & Rehab Center. They hardly are allowing anybody in the building, so I haven't had a tour of it or anything. You're allowed to go as far as the living room, that's it. It's rated 5/5 by Medicare, so it must be good. I haven't been worried. We've gotten calls from different people and I've met a couple of them briefly. The activities director is a very enthusiastic, pleasant person who enjoys working with challenging people like my sister who has a mental illness. The billing office has been right on top of everything. I got my guardianship papers and other things turned in very quickly. It was all taken care of and they're arranging for her to get Medicaid to continue her stay there. They've been doing everything they can. It's very nice. It didn't have any odor whatsoever. I didn't notice any smell at all. Everything has gone very well. If she has to stay there longer, it's OK with us. Everybody I talked to has been excellent on the phone. I have had no concerns at all. She said the food is delicious. The living room and the entrance area are very neat and clean. Everything seems fine. I have no issues whatsoever. The only thing I have had any trouble with at all (not really trouble) is the people are so busy, that they don't always answer the phone, but I've found that to be true in lots of places where she's been. I discovered the time to talk to people is later in the afternoon when everybody is finished with most of the hard work of the day. I got everybody I want to talk to one after the other when I called at that time.

Good Afternoon my aunt is currently in this facility and is not having a good experience. I was on phone with her from 6:30 pm till 9:45 pm she ask nurse for a blanket at 6:30 and didn't get it till 9:45 3 hours later she got blanket. They don't have the equipment to help her. She had no pamper from Saturday till Thursday hasn't had physical Therapy since she's been there 30 days. And staff is disrespectful.

She came in with a broken leg for rehab. She has Alzheimers. She came in with intact skin. When we yanked her out of there, she had a Stage 3 decubitus ulcer (deep) on her bottom. Thanks, guys! Good nursing care, there!

Please do not take your family member to this center it is the worst place. It consistently smells of urine. They are very inattentive to the needs of their patients. They are very slow to respond and gives incorrect diagnosis. I will not recommend this place to anyone if it was their last resort. I gave one star because I had too in order to submit this review otherwise they would not of have a star.

The staff at Bel Pre seems very open and accepting. But we felt the hallways were a little too uninviting. It's not wide enough. I didn't like the cramped feeling when you walked in, and I don't know whether they can change that.
