The first Personal Care and Memory Care community in the city of Hopkinsville. Conveniently located next to Kroger and within 5 miles from Jennie Stuart Medical Center and most all Dr.'s Offices and Healthcare Services in Hopkinsville. Built on the property of what used to be a Golf Course, the area brings back many happy memories for many Hopkinsville natives.

Residents must be Mobile Self- Ambulatory and still able to participate in tasks of Activities of Daily Living. Our staff will provide non-skilled nursing care. Our staff includes licensed nurses, medical techs and CNA's. Our team is rounded out with Resident Assistants, Chefs, servers and a housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance team.
