Inspirations of Florence seemed friendly and nice. It had a clean atmosphere. The staff was absolutely very sweet, very nice, and very helpful. She was great. They had a kitchen in the room, but I didn't see a washer and dryer. They had a courtyard and a porch with rocking chairs. They had a nice living room at the entryway with a fireplace. They had a whole pamphlet with their activities and stuff laid out.

My parents were in here, but my dad didn't like it because there was no one in there that he could carry on a conversation with. It was a very nice community and my mom enjoyed it and got used to it, which is hard because she has dementia. But there was nobody my dad could buddy up with there. The staff was very helpful. I had my parents out late at night and they were courteous and helpful when we came back in with them. The food was very good; it was delicious. They had things like music, church services, and they had lots of things for the residents. They had lots of activities like cards, games, they took the residents out shopping, and so on. I think my parents were comfortable there.

I have chosen here for myself. The studio was too small and the one-bedroom was too large, so I chose the deluxe studio. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The facility was very clean.

We went and talked to the administrator who showed me around. That full tour was very helpful. They're very open and friendly. Being able to walk around and see a room and the size and being able to meet one or two of the residents would be very helpful both to the family and the prospective client. The grounds were very pretty. It's easy to get in and out of. There's not too much going on around it which was nice, but the only concern would be it's a pretty busy street. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was nicely done, clean, smelled nice, and in general looked like it would be a very comfortable room.

It was very nice, and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The rooms were good and might work for my mother. The bathrooms in the rooms were big, which is good. The living area was a little small for me, but it should be enough for my mom. When I was there, the residents were busy finishing up a card-making project.

We were able to visit and everything went great. They were all wonderful, very informative, and very helpful. The place was very clean and very comforting.

The apartments were beautiful but it was the farthest one away from the facilities we visited for my mom. If it wasn't for the location, we might have chosen it for her. I also loved the idea that they would team Mom up with another person to make sure she would get to dinner and things like that if she moved in.
