Reflections is a memory care residence by the Villas of Holly Brook. We focus on safety and quality of life of you or your loved one. We provide intensive care, supervision and monitoring 24 hours a day in a secure environment. We recognize each individual will be affected differently with memory loss, so we offer an individualized program in a stimulating atmosphere. The Reflections highly trained team - including around-the-clock licensed nurse supervision -tends to all our residents’ needs, from medication management to physical wellness. We update this plan regularly or as a resident’s health changes. Our compassionate staff works with each resident and family to provide life enriching programs, daily exercise programs, and fun cognitive activities to create an environment where residents can succeed and thrive while maintaining as much familiarity as possible. So far, I'm really pleased with Reflections Memory Care - Washington. My wife has been there for a little while and I have no complaints at all. It's an awesome place with awesome people. I talk to their staff every day. Everything is top shelf and right now I have zero complaints. I chose this community because they had a room available and because we know people who live there. It looks like a hotel and not like an assisted living center or nursing home. It has wide aisles and wide hallways. Everything is good.

Reflections is a beautiful community with great staff!! I family friend was there and I loved going to visit. Activities always seem to be going on and staff is just so friendly. If my family ever had a need for a memory care, this is the place I would tell them to go!!

Reflections Memory Care was putting away their Christmas decorations. It felt very clustered and cramped. I didn’t like that if you wanted an apartment, it was more money. They had a table full of magazines. I didn’t get that comfy, home feeling. I would have liked to see the foyer area a little cleaner and more airy. Caring.com gave us one price, but when we got there, she gave us a different price and didn’t have paper work to back it up.

Reflections Memory Care was a nice community, clean, well-maintained, and brand new. The staff was fine and good. The rooms were clean and had enough space.

We placed my husband in Reflections Memory Care. It’s a very nice place, it’s very well run, and the staff is very efficient and caring. They do a good job, and we like it very much. When you go in, there’s a reception area, to the left are rooms for 20 residents, and to the right there are places for 20 residents. There’s a community room, a little kitchenette, and a dining room. There's also a TV room just outside his door where his apartment is.

Reflections Memory Care is smaller. We went on a Saturday, so there wasn’t as many staff members as there were during the week, but they were all very friendly. It’s very clean.
