Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn was very thorough and very informative on the tour. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The rooms were laid out very nicely. I was looking for a semi-private room and their rooms were very nice. Everybody was sitting outside. So, there's enough of a nice outside area for the residents to sit. It was very well maintained. It was perfect.

I would like others to know that the staff is very responsive to it’s residents. Even if there is turnover in nursing staff the lines of communication remain open and your loved one is always in good hands.

My husband is staying in Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn. It's a great place, it's newer, and it's homey. The people there are lovely, and the staff is lovely, too. Everybody's like a real family, and my husband's very happy there. I know they have exercises in the morning, and on Christmas, they had gift giving.

This Facility is small (48) rooms, and the staff is great...very caring for your loved one....clean facility and well managed

My father has only been here for a few weeks now. It's beautiful, and it's practically new. Everything is clean and fresh. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable about dementia. The room is very spacious, and it's got a separate bathroom with shower, a nice huge window to look outside, and plenty of closet space. They have pet therapy come in. I was impressed at how clean it was, how spacious it was, and how much they knew about dementia.
