My grandmother was in the Ruleme Center. It was peaceful, it had good care, she seemed to like it all right, and she didn't complain. It was nothing really fancy, but it was clean and neat. It seemed like the care was good. I only went in through the dining room and into her room, but it was pleasant and quiet. I was satisfied with the care.

This nursing home is a great facility to visit and live at. They offer services for patients with dementia and Alzheimer's, as well as for those that just need a little bit of extra help. The facility has recreational activities, a dining area and has 24 hour care for its residents. Each room has cable and a t.v in it for the residents to watch. Laundry service is also available 24 hours a day. Three meals a day are served out of the dining area. There is approximately 150 residents at this facility. The building is clean, its staff is friendly and the customer service makes people smile. Some of the recreational activities include bingo, or day trips off of the premises so that the patients have some fun in their day. Family members come to visit frequently and the doors lock at approximately 8pm every night for the safety of the patients and the employees.

My longtime boyfriend's grandpa is in this facility. We have had a generally positive experiences here. At first glance the place is fairly clean. The waiting room is decent and the patient rooms are a little drab, but clean nonetheless. The staff is usually very helpful and they seem happy to be doing there job, which is nice for a change. Grandpa seemed to go a little downhill within the first few months he was there and we found out it was due to the amount of anti-anxiety medicine they were giving him. But once we voiced our concern they promptly lowered the amount. One of the things we like best about the place is that they are always welcoming to take questions. You don't feel like you are bothering them, or that it is a "dumb" question. They are also fairly decent on visiting hours. A lot of places make you slot an appointment or have very specific and limited visiting hours, but I seem to be able to go when it is convenient for me, within reason. Overall, we are pleased with Ruleme Center and would recommend it to others looking to place a loved one in a nursing home.

The Center was clean, well staffed and listened to and tried to deal with any concerns.
