We went and visited The Meridian at Waterways. We like that one. We toured the whole facility. The views of the waterway were very nice. The facilities seemed very nice. The staff seemed friendly. It seemed clean, well-kept, and fairly modern. It was mostly good. They have a beauty salon, a nice little bar, a beautiful piano bar that we liked, and a lovely common area. The hallways around the memory were not nice as the rest of the facility. It was a little shoddy, and the carpet seemed a little worn. In the memory care room that we were shown, the blinds were askew and looked to be broken. It just didn't seem quite as nice as the assisted living room.

My tour at The Meridian at Waterways was very nice. They showed me around, and it seemed very nice. It was just a little pricey, and it was ala carte. Where my mother is right now is less expensive and everything is included, so that's the only difference between the two of them. The Meridian at Waterways is close to me. The staff seemed nice, and the rooms seemed quite nice. The facility seemed very clean and well kept. It's six stories up and down, but it's very compact. A lot of other places are so spread out that if I were 91, I would lose my way. I did not have the time to try the food, but they said it's very good.

My mother-in-law is at The Meridian at Waterways. It's a very nice-looking place. I've dealt with many facilities, and they all have their issues. It's the same everywhere. Communication is bad, and I'm not saying that they're any worse than any of the other facilities. It's a beautiful facility, but it doesn't mean that the care is any better than anyplace else. It's the same at every facility. She doesn't do any of the activities. They have an exercise program, a place for physical therapy, and a beauty parlor. She doesn't like the food, but that's not to say that it's not good. She's not happy there, and I think it's overpriced. The ratio is very poor for the help to the residents, though it's clean.

We are living in Symphony at the Waterways. We can't eat the food because it is bad. Some of the staff members are good, but some are bad. They're friendly, though. We have a room-and-a-half with a bedroom, a living room, and a small kitchen. The rooms are clean, but the food is horrible. They have a theater and a card room, bingo, and trips out to restaurants, plays, and shows.

It is amazing. It's fantastic, brand new, and gorgeous. I'm sure people would be very impressed. If you can pay the money, it's a lovely place to go. It has beautiful view and you can see the ocean. It's also in a nice area. The building is gorgeous. It's like a high-end condo.

I will move in after five weeks. It’s a brand-new building, it’s eight stories, they have three dining rooms, and any resident can go to any dining room anytime and any day. There’s a memory care on the fifth floor. They have a full-time concierge, a car to take you anywhere, and a movie theater with a 70-inch screen. The eighth floor is a place where you can order drinks, and this is open to the public.
