Family Peace of Mind

My dad is in a nice studio unit with a view of the garden. The staff is very patient and caring of my dad. There is a peace of mind knowing that my dad is watched and cared for 24 hours. Though my dad is limited in his mobility, the activities and interaction with the staff are wonderful daily social, mental, emotional, and physical stimulus. Angie is very supportive and encouraging as we transitioned our dad to assisted living. Jennine is proactive in monitoring the health of my dad and getting the help he needs.

Great location to all the nearby shops and the park is right around the corner. Beautifully renovated with modern decors and living spaces. We were worried that it would be a hard adjustment for our mom but it was the best decision for her. Great location and nice staff.

Sagebrook Senior Living at San Francisco was the first one I visited. The staff was nice and their garden was amazing. I took a tour of the room and everything seemed fine. The staff took a lot of time to talk to me, and she answered all my questions. It is in a good location, it is central, and for that, it is great. They had nice facilities, too.

Sagebrook San Francisco wasn't for my sister because she needed 24-hour care and there's nobody to really take care of her there. There was one friendly gentleman who took me around. They were doing construction. A bunch of people were sitting in one area in wheelchairs, on chairs, and with walkers. They had a kitchen open, but they were building a new one. I checked one room that was big and nice, but it was on the third floor. There were a lot of residents there.

I was really impressed with Sagebrook San Francisco. The lady who gave us the tour was very good. The courtyard and dining facility were really nice. It looked like they had good activities. They were remodeling but in spite of it, you can hardly tell that anything was going on. The staff was very friendly and very interested in my mother's interests and what she liked to do.

They had friendly people, and it was spacious. When we visited, the residents were occupied with different things. The room in the assisted living part was big with a lot of light because it’s on the ground floor. In the memory care part, the living room was kind of small, but maybe that was because they have less people in that particular area. The food was OK.
