My husband has moved into Haven Health Yuma because he needs 100 percent care. He can't do anything for himself, so that's why we chose Haven Health Yuma, because they provide total care, and they seem to be good. Their food is good, and they seem to have adequate staff. I go there four times a week, and they seem to be pretty good. He's totally satisfied with the food, and they do keep the place very clean. There's always somebody going around cleaning or wiping down stuff. The only thing I'm not happy with is the activities for them. It seems very minimal compared to what I've seen in the past, but that was several years ago. Things have changed and costs have gone up, but their activities are quite minimal. They don't even have the dining area open, so the people are eating in their rooms. That's the one thing I don't like about Haven Health Yuma, is that they're just stuck in their room 24/7, so it's more like a hospital.

I do not. understand why they have sich a rude perspn in the front office she never greets you, her name Cynthia....she has been reported but u guess noone said anything to her. Better customer service pkease!!! ..

My father is in Haven of Yuma for rehab. They've been very helpful, very organized, very clean, and understanding about the problems my dad has been having. They made accommodations for him very quickly. He's been pretty satisfied. They have a very nice rehab facility, lots of equipment, and everything is very clean. The hallways are very open and wide, the rooms have outside windows, and nice bathroom facilities. It's very nicely decorated with a very open field. He's in a semi-private room. The meals seem to be excellent, and Dad has been eating them. They accept Medicare.

We have visited Haven Health of Yuma. It was a nice place. One good thing I can say about this place is they were a little less picky about whether you join everybody during meal time or not. It was the first one we toured.
