My father has been in Copper Springs Retirement Community. It's very nice. There are three meals a day. It's conveniently located literally right across the street from a hospital as well as if we need to escalate his care. It is right next to another facility that could accommodate him if he needed additional help. The food is just simply outstanding. The activities are outstanding. They have a 110-seat movie theater and they show a movie every day. They have a wonderful dining facility, and if you don't like what they're serving for that particular breakfast, lunch or dinner, they will do a short order meal for you as well. They have an onsite bank, an onsite gym, and a hair salon. The other thing they have situated through the entire facility are little rooms that are like dining rooms, so if they wanted to bring larger groups of people or a family together, they could utilize these rooms for eating or playing games, and they're throughout the entire facility. They also have a billiards room, a piano that they can play, and a library they can use. It is amazing. You get your room, you get your meals, and you get free cable with free internet. They don't nickel and dime you on stuff.

I went to Copper Springs Retirement Community. It was a very good tour. It was a welcoming community and it met all of my criteria with the neighborhood that it's in and the size of the apartments. The apartments were roomy. They were very well kept. The staff was very friendly and excited about their job and their property. The dining area looked like a restaurant. They had all the basic amenities. They showed everything. The outdoor spaces were well kept and airy.

My father is at Copper Springs Retirement Community. He has been there for eight months now. The community is fine. It's just different from assisted living. They still have some kind of amenities, but they don't have 24-hour care if he needs it. He can get it if he pays extra for overnight hours. But as far as the place itself, I don't have a problem with it. The staff there is great. I've had plenty of interactions with the concierge. Everybody has been so helpful. Everything is fine as far as the staff is. They're a little short-staffed in the kitchen, but they've had that little bit of a problem for a while now anyway. My father's room is just a one-bedroom apartment. It's nice and open so he can move around. It's a one-bedroom apartment, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. He got a washer and dryer in the apartment, too. Some of the apartments are two bedrooms. On the second and third floors, some of them have balconies. They've got a library, they've got a little general store, they've got some little credit union and banking thing, and there's a post office. They've got a pool table on one of the floors. They're all relatively expensive, but as far as what he has, this is probably the most affordable as far as what he's got.

I have chosen Copper Springs Retirement Community. That's the place where I'm going. They have happy hour tomorrow, and they've invited me to go, so I'm going to go and meet a few people and hopefully make a few nice friends. The whole place is independent. It was absolutely wonderful. They even treated me to a lunch. The food was good. I had a crab cake, and it was very good. The staff who assisted me during the tour, her name was Julia, and she was just wonderful. She took a lot of time with us. They got a lot of activities. You can be busy from 8:00 in the morning till 5:00 at night and beyond. They have a theater room, they show movies every night, and it's a nice, big theater room. I've never seen a place like this before. The apartment is very nice and very spacious. I'm settling on a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, a nice big living area and a nice kitchen. The staff was wonderful. It was fabulous. But what tipped the scales for me, too, was that they are nationwide, and they have the same exact setting in numerous states. I think they've got five in Florida, they've got a couple in Texas, they've got them all over. So you can go and stay at any one of them for up to one week free of charge. So you go on a vacation, you go to San Antonio, you check it out and see if they got one there and stay for a week for free and get all your food for free. That is like a real draw for me because I'm still young enough and I like to do more traveling and stuff.

Copper Springs Retirement Community was a very nice and welcoming community. It was very pleasant. The place was very good and the room was very nice-sized. The tour lady was also very nice. The apartments were fine. For me, maybe they're a little bit old-ish, but they were certainly clean and very well provided. We visited the cafeteria area and the restaurant area and they looked good. The place was very cozy.

I really liked Copper Springs Retirement Community a lot. It was very pretty. They also had all kinds of extra little places that you could go and have snacks during the day. You could have coffee, tea, and water. The movie theater was really nice. They had a gym and outdoors. It was all really, really nice. My only issue with that one was unfortunately it was a little bit farther from my home, but it was good. The staff was very good, very congenial, and very nice. The food looked really good. They had a nice menu.

We really like Copper Springs Retirement Community. We were set to go soon and then the pandemic came and thank goodness we didn't because we would have been locked up for a year. We have some friends that were living there, and they had a little problem toward the end regarding the food because they keep changing cooks all the time. But it was open dining, which I liked. They have a theater which had enough for 100 people or more and they're all very comfortable. They had shows in there, and on Fridays, they had a party. There was nothing we didn't like. The apartments were big. The only thing I can say bad about it, is that there was nothing outside. No patio and you couldn't go out and sit around. There just wasn't any outside area. With this pandemic thing, everything kind of blew down and it was brand new, so there were a lot of activities. But this friend of mine who was living there, was active enough and there were a lot of things to do. They had a nice exercise room and there was enough for her to be occupied. The food was pretty good. I like the way they did it. They didn't serve a place of food at your table. You had a salad buffet and then you went through a line and you could have a little piece of meat or a big piece of meat or whatever size you wanted, and I kind of like that because sometimes you don't want something that's on your plate. It was two years ago, and my friend complained a little bit about it, but she was fussy. I like the way it was presented, but I don't want to say how good it was because that was two years ago.

I'm in a rather newer facility, Copper Springs. However, we have people on hospice, which I was not aware of. We have had Covid here. The food tends to be cold, too. They keep the dining room rather chilly, so the food is generally cold. The appearance is OK. The concierge is very nice, lovely and very helpful. The apartments are OK, but I have a leak under the sink this morning. Also, the bathrooms and the showers are too small. The staff members are good. Normally, we had quite a few activities, but they cut back. We had traditional bingo, Wii bowling, Mexican train, and UNO. The cleanliness is OK, but the cost is expensive.

Copper Springs Retirement Community is a friendly place, they're very accommodating, but the main reason was the large room, which is what we're looking for. We will be moving there. They deliver the food to the rooms, so there's no contact, the food is good, but sometimes it isn't, and that's nothing new in any place. They have more activities than others, they keep people pretty busy, and they go out to a places; this was before the virus started.

Copper Springs was very nice. We originally thought we might live there. However, the apartment that we had chosen got rented, and so the place wasn’t available for us. The one thing that we didn’t care for very much was that the dining was all cafeteria style. Other than that, the place was lovely. The apartments were quite lovely too. We would be living there if that apartment hadn’t been rented. They did a good job. They showed us everything. The staff member explained things very well. The meal was fine.

I moved into Copper Springs Retirement Community and I recommend it highly. I have a one-bedroom apartment with a full-service kitchen, a bathroom, and housekeeping once weekly. We also get three meals a day and the food is extraordinary. The building itself is only two years old. The staff is very good, friendly, cheerful, and helpful.

I selected Copper Springs Retirement Community for my mother. It's beautiful, new, and very well-kept. She's been there a couple of weeks now, she tells me that all of her needs are being met, and she's making the transition very well. She's very comfortable there, which is great. The food is not the best I've eaten, but it's more than adequate, and three meals are included. If they don't like what's on the menu, they can call out, and get room service.

Copper Springs Retirement Community was OK. When I was walking the halls, it reminded me of a hotel. I didn't feel they had a friendly hall. They just reminded me of a hotel. It was all carpeted, and you had to put in big washer and dryer, and that's not me. The dining area was nice looking, but you have to get on a bus and go to amenities. The staff showed me a movie theater and an area where you could play cards and games. Well, the place was clean, the staff was very knowledgeable, and it was in the area I wanted to be.
