The rooms are so nice and the staff has been so attentive to Mom. Can’t say enough great things about Willow Grove of Maumelle! Mom loves the courtyard.

A family member of mine previously stayed in the community. All of the staff made us feel very welcome like we were part of the family. Everything was maintained at the highest standards. This includes cleanliness, food, and activity programs. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Our mother was a resident at Willow Grove and she just loves it there. They have wonderful food and the staff is always helpful. She loves to play bingo and arts and crafts. The other residents seem so happy when we visit. We decorated her room to make it a home for her. We are so glad we found Willow grove for our mother.

I toured for my uncle. It seemed very welcoming and friendly. There were about a dozen residents in the waiting room talking, laughing, and preparing for the day. We thought that was very social. The facility was excellent, and that was one point that really struck me. One of the residents even took the time to approach us and tell us that she loved living there. She did not have to say that, but she did.
The rooms were very roomy, very large, and updated. Everything's fresh.
They have restaurant style eating. They also have a recreation room for activities and have planned activities. They had a nice outdoor patio, so when the weather permits it is a nice option.
The employees were very friendly, and the facilities were exceptional.

We visited and it is an amazing place. It was very clean and very nice, with very bright people. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I saw a room through a video. It's a really nice-looking place, it's just a little further out. I saw the dining facility and it was very clean and neat. They had it separated for folks, so they could sit at the table but they had a divider between them. Their menu looked good but I did not get to see the food. They showed me a lot of the stuff they do. I think they play bingo and cards and they have puzzles out there. They had quite a few things. They also had a very nice room for music.

It was very warm and welcoming. They had a lovely fireplace; I like that a lot. I also like the person who assisted me; she was really helpful. I didn't see any activity going on, but they had a lot of good choices of rooms. They had several different layouts.

Our experience has been quite positive. It's a small place, my mother can get around, and the people have been helpful to her. They helped with finding doctors and getting to doctor's appointments. The food is good, and they have several activities for the people. My mother's room is a single room with a bathroom, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
