My father-in-law was at The Reservoir Care and Rehab. The place and the care were nice. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The place was really good. It was absolutely clean and relatively new. It is in a beautiful location, and it is much more convenient for us. They're really good. They're expensive; they're a top-end place. I was very satisfied with them.

If you care about your loved ones do not entrust this facility with their well being and swift recovery! Our personal experience was terrible. The Physical therapist insisted on treating for the wrong injury because he never read the chart. I had to call and have them straighten it out. PT got it confused with another patient. Seriously? YES, seriously! The food was always cold and terrible. They never got the diet right either. I started bringing in food instead. Staff moves in slow motion and they don't really care about patients. They left our loved one in the bathroom for 45 minutes while he was yelling for help to get to his bed. ***there is a good reason why this facility is rated so low*** Reviews are a good way to select the best you can for yourself or a loved one. I care enough about others to write this. Good luck.

My dad spent 2 weeks at The Reservoir. Staff, save one nurse named Larry, was outstanding. Coordination and communication could use some work, but given everything they have to do, they do well. Also, when problems emerge they are quickly addressed.

My grandmother has had numerous visits to this nursing home until she was eventually placed there permanently because she needed constant care. The staff seems genuine and caring, and they seem to work hard to make her comfortable and happy, and make sure she is well fed. They have daily physical therapy in groups, private meetings with the physical therapist, and events for entertainment. On her 100th birthday, they had a musician come in and sing a song from every year of her life aged 0-20 and every decade after that, which was thoughtful and a nice touch. The food seems reasonably good and the staff makes sure that she eats well. Overall, I am fairly happy with the facility and staff and it seems like a good place for her.
