Communications among staff is horrible. Many times care is not coordinated and as such, many errors occur.

Sheriden Woods has rehab and an Alzheimer's section. Their dining room is very clean and very nice. They have a game room where they play bingo, a singer comes in once a week, and they even have painting lessons. A woman does exercises with them every day. Each room has two beds, and they can also bring in their own furniture. It's very clean. The staff was very nice, accommodating, and knew their patients well. They had them on a set schedule every day.
