We've chosen Cambridge Senior Living - Rice Lake for my dad. The main reason for choosing them was because they are very clean, meticulous, updated, and it just looked very inviting. The staff was very welcoming. Overall, it just reminded me of a five-star hotel. The rooms were big. The facility has 4 different wings. They were very accommodating in answering all my questions. It was just a fabulous place. Price-wise, it is competitive. The amenities they have from the dining area, the movie room, the classroom, are all great. Their activities director was over the top, constantly engaging in conversation with the residents. He knew them all by name. For the past week that my dad had been there, I have yet to find any complaints. The minute Dad walked in, he said he wanted to live there because he felt comfortable, and he felt he was a part of that community. It puts all of my hesitations and doubts out the window because he is doing so well. I am very, very happy with it.
