I toured Vista Prairie at Brentwood yesterday for my dad, and I was very pleased. I liked it. We met with Jane, and she is just very passionate about her job and Brentwood. We could tell that she loves working there and working with the staff and residents. She showed us all around the rooms, we went into the courtyard, and she showed us a couple of very spacious shower rooms. I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and the bathrooms. You get it decorated up with the person's personal belongings and it's almost like it's a great little hotel room, it just was very inviting. It was very warm and very clean. She went over the specific details about pricing and what it would take to get my dad in there. We pretty much got to see everything, it was very nice. We got to meet a few of the residents and most of them were at Spa Day, getting their hair and nails done and stuff like that. We met the activities director, she was also very bubbly. I felt comfortable and I felt really good about it. It was a nice place. They also let us know that we could eat there with our dad, so that was good to know. I like how it kind of goes in a circle and not just not up and down, the way it was laid out. It goes around so you can walk around.
