My Mother was a resident in the memory care section. I recently had her moved from the facility due to the cost of her care. When she arrived at a new facility she was covered in dried feces and her clothes had not been washed, but just put back in closet and we had to trash them. When I would visit I would walk through the dinning area and see the delicious looking meals served to the regular residents, but go to memory care and the food was cold and very poor to say the least with not choice of menu. I believe the MC residents have the same rights as other residents , not prison. I would warn anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere as they rate very poorly in every apspect of care.
