I've been very pleased with Brookdale Collin Oaks. My dad is thriving there. He has done better there than he has anywhere. The facility is very clean and well cared for. They have a lot of activities for the memory care residents in the activity room. Dad's room is very nice, clean, and updated. I have been very pleased with the staff. They are very caring and efficient.

We toured both the assisted living and memory care facilities at Brookdale Collin Oaks. It was nice as far as the cleanliness and the staff. It's not modern, but it's very well kept and clean. The staff during the tour was fabulous, very nice and took a lot of time to answer questions and gave me a great tour. The residents were active. The shared rooms were a little small and the private rooms were out of our price range. They were doing activities, and everybody seemed very happy.
