StoryPoint Chattanooga has taken great care of my mom for nearly 10 years. She first lived in assisted living and enjoyed the activities, people and food. She is now in memory care where she receives compassionate care from the staff. The building is bright and clean with a wonderful outdoor garden area. I highly recommend StoryPoint Chattanooga.

When someone asks about assisted living in Chattanooga, I always recommend StoryPoint. My father was here in 2011 and now my mother has been here 7 years. The staff is amazing. They genuinely care about the residents. Mom loves her caregivers. I see this when I'm visiting with her. They call me with any concerns and we discuss the best solution for my mother. I also get pictures texted to me when they are having parties. We have seen caregivers come and go over the years but two have remained constant. I know Cynthia and Yvette will go above and beyond to make sure mom is well taken care of. The management at Storypoint has worked with me when I've hit some bumps in the road in my life. Lisa, the director, has met and talked with me when I didn't know which way to turn. Storypoint has been there for me and my mother during our journey through dementia. I want to provide the best care possible for my mom and that's why we are at Storypoint.

My Mother is in Memory Care and the staff there, from the front desk, to the administrative staff, the nurses, caregivers, are all very caring and do a fantastic job. She is very happy here and gets the best of care. Thanks to all!

My Mom is in the Memory care unit & has adapted well. All the staff are amazing with her & treat her like she was their family. They do keep me informed of any concerns going on with her. They truly have a caring heart. They seem to love what they do & it is encouragiing to know my Mom has excellent care. They keep them busy with different activities whether it is a short road trip, playing Bingo or entertainment brought in. The place is very clean & grounds look amazing.

My father is in the memory care. The care is very good. He loves all the staff. He has nicknames for a couple of them. He favorite place is the porch in the memory care. He can sit outside and the staff can still see him.
