Benton House of Sugar Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care provides excellent service. The marketing director and the executive director have all been very helpful in getting us established. The staff in the memory care has done an excellent job. We checked Dad in and the medical tech did an excellent job. He had a fall and a scraped up arm that he had suffered earlier at his other location, and she took the time to redress it, and I am pleased so far with the service.
It's in a neighborhood area. The memory care rooms are very nice. The way the room is set up is almost like having two rooms in one. There's a little division so that there's like a living area and a little bedroom area. It's very nice. I was very impressed with it. The full bathroom has a shower. So, everything is quite nice. Dad seems to like the food. They got him to eat something he'd never eaten before, which impressed me. There's a separate little courtyard for the memory care people to use, which I think will be very nice in the summertime. They've got bird feeders, planters, and stuff. They were singing Christmas carols when I was there, so they got activities.
