I visited this facility recently and was shocked by the smell of urine as soon as I opened the door. The rooms were very dirty. Staff was friendly. Very disappointed based on my visit.

Our relative lived in the Assisted Living community before needing to live in Memory Care. Both communities were clean and fresh at all times. He was given wonderful, compassionate care. He required a lot of attention and they provided that. Peter and Olaf made him feel like an empowered man!
Sherri and Jessica were always accessible and we felt “special” just like our relative.
This is a wonderful home way from home!

My mother is a resident of memory care, and the supervisor Michelle is wonderful. The activities director, Margaret is always searching for fun easy activities for the Memory Care group. I witness the med tech at the medicine cart focusing to make sure she gives the appropriate and accurate medication to the residence. Ola, Peter, Ivy, Taylor, and the other workers treat all residents the same with love and care. They take time to listen and play and joke and even dance with residence. This gives me peace to know my mother is in this kind of care. I highly recommend Stone Ledge Manor
