I toured Heritage House and the staff was very good. They seem to have a very experienced staff and they have a caring attitude for all of the residents. I didn't look into the room as they're fully booked. Their memory care unit was smaller, I believe there were a dozen rooms, but I was more interested in the general feelings rather than the specifics of the individual rooms.
Heritage House has three clusters of rooms, two of which are assisted living, and the one is memory care. All of the online information shows smiling people, as you might expect, but I didn't observe any general activities there and the online photos didn't make clear to me who were memory care residents and who were assisted living residents. Also, the facility was a little bit older.
