I have too much to say in the thirty days my mom stayed there. Most not good. The staff in memory care are very sweet...that's about my only good comment I can give. I agree with other comments regarding management and the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing...no communication AT ALL!! Waaayy understaffed! Makes me feel sorry for the staff that are there! We paid too much money for almost all her clothes that were bought for my mom's stay there.....including socks and underwear....gone! Oh, her closet had clothes in it....but only a few things were actually hers! Glasses lost in the first week....found but broken.....shoes gone. Now...being memory care, I can understand a few things getting lost or missing...but almost everything?!! And, took in a sealed bottle of her diabetic meds...thirty day supply....never opened! ! Which means she's not been on her medication she needs for thirty days!! So much more to say but I'm trying my best to be polite...which is difficult....this is my mom and her care! I will mention again that the staff I met in memory care are super sweet. That's all for now.....too upset to get into anymore at this time. Just be prepared to pay a lot of money not only to them, but to replace everything that's missing! I need to go buy my mom new clothes yet again. Thank God it was only thirty days! At that rate, I'd have to be buying more clothes every single month!
